We will manage licenses, set up initial GIS applications, and will be available whenever you need updates, additional projects, or troubleshooting. This package has a set price for the year— we will never nickel and dime you for any projects. See below for what is included in this package.

Does your organization have GIS needs, but not enough for a full-time employee? We specialize in local government and can get you quick and accurate results. We provide you with an initial set of maps according to your needs and then an additional allotment of personalized consulting hours you can use according to your needs.
How it works
Our goal is to make your life easier so you can understand what your GIS data is telling you
It’s simple—for a set price each year you can have your GIS data hosted online in interactive maps for you and your public to view. To start, you choose up to five maps that we build for your organization. In addition we include a set number of hours for any additional work you may need. You can use the hours towards data analysis, creating additional maps, training, geocoding, creating new GIS data—whatever you needs require.
Three Phases
When we start a contract, we go through three phases.
The first is the decision phase. In this phase you choose the initial maps you would like for us to create. We have an example gallery of maps for you to choose from, or we are happy to create a custom application fit to your needs.
The second phase is the set up phase. In this phase you provide us with the data you would like turned into maps and then sit back and relax while we create your maps!
In the third phase we deliver your maps to you. After delivery, you have a set number of hours included that we will work on whatever you would like. Additional hours can be bought for larger projects if needed.
What we provide
With each contract we provide:
5 initial maps
10 hours a month (120 hours a year) for whatever GIS work you need. These hours don’t expire until the end of the year, so you can budget them however you want. We wont charge you if you call and ask questions about you maps.
An initial training for each work group or team explaining the maps as well as documentation on how to use them.
